Course Objectives The aim of this course is to learn basic knowledge about parasitology and entomology and methods of parasitological analysis.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Explain parasite types and properties.
  • Define parasitological examination techniques of stool samples.
  • Explain parasitological examination techniques of blood samples.
  • Classify parasitological diagnosis methods.
  • Classify the diagnostic approach of parasitic infections in Turkey
Course Description The lecture is included parasitology, parasides, protozoons, helminths, artropods and diagnostic methods.
